01
Build the structure around buying questions
- What type and scale of work does the company undertake?
- Which sectors and locations are served?
- What relevant projects have been completed?
- Who leads delivery and coordination?
- Which certifications or registrations are current?
- How should a prospect share drawings, BOQs or project details securely?
02
Projects should demonstrate relevance
A gallery of finished buildings is visually strong but incomplete. A project page can identify the sector, location, scope, delivery model and challenges that the company is permitted to discuss. Confidential projects can remain anonymous rather than inventing details.
03
Separate proof from marketing language
Claims such as ‘zero incidents’, ‘on-time delivery’ or a large square-footage total require reliable internal records. The website can be confident without publishing numbers that cannot be substantiated. Current client approvals and photography rights matter too.
04
Enquiries may need more structure
A quote form can collect project type, location, approximate size, stage, expected start and document availability. Sensitive drawings or commercial files should not be requested through an insecure generic form; the process can move to an approved channel after initial qualification.
Questions
What business owners usually ask
Can the website host tender documents?+
A public or controlled document area can be scoped, but permissions, file security and update responsibility need to be defined separately.
Can we show client logos?+
Only with permission or another valid right to do so. A commercial relationship does not automatically grant marketing usage rights.
Do you create project case studies?+
The layout can support them. Copywriting and project documentation may be added, while the construction company remains responsible for accurate facts and approvals.
What package suits a construction company?+
A multi-page Business or Growth website is usually more suitable than a single page because capabilities, sectors and projects need separate space. Final scope determines the quote.
