1. Share the business context
You provide the business name, services, audience, service area, contact details and useful public links. Real photos, brand files and accurate information help the direction feel specific rather than generic.

2. Review the concept direction
For an accepted request, Project Monet creates a compact homepage concept. This stage tests the direction only; it does not include revisions or a complete website.

3. Confirm package and written scope
We agree on pages, features, content responsibilities, revision limits, exclusions, third-party costs and a project schedule. Custom requests are quoted separately instead of being silently assumed.

4. Start after the advance
The standard advance is 50%. Paid production begins after the agreement or accepted terms, scope confirmation and payment are in place.

5. Review the working website
You review the build against the agreed scope and submit consolidated feedback. Included revision rounds depend on the selected package.

6. Approve, pay and launch
The final balance is paid before production launch and handover. Launch checks cover the agreed pages, links, forms, responsive layouts and configured search foundations.

7. Receive ownership and access
After final payment, Project Monet transfers the agreed website assets and relevant platform access. Optional maintenance can continue separately, but ownership does not depend on keeping a maintenance subscription.

When does paid work officially begin?+
After the written scope is confirmed and the required 50% advance is received.
How should feedback be submitted?+
Consolidated feedback is best. It reduces contradictory requests and helps one revision round solve related issues together.
What happens if the scope changes?+
A meaningful change to pages, features, integrations or direction is documented as a change request and may affect the price and schedule.
Is launch the same as handover?+
They are related but distinct. Launch makes the approved website public; handover transfers the agreed files, access and ownership documentation after final payment.
