How to Use Yattayo AI: From Website URL to Social Automation

01

Overview

Yattayo AI is designed to turn an existing business website into a working marketing workflow. Instead of starting with a blank prompt, you provide a URL or business information, let the platform analyze the brand and market, review the generated strategy, then move into content creation, scheduling and publishing on supported channels.

This guide covers the practical workflow currently described by Yattayo and highlights the parts that still have public-documentation gaps.

02

1. Start with your business URL

Yattayo's main onboarding concept is URL-first. Enter the website for the business you want the platform to analyze.

According to Yattayo, the system uses information from that site together with live market and competitor analysis to build its initial view of the brand. That can include positioning, audience direction, content pillars, tone and publishing guidance.

Before relying on the result, make sure the website itself is current. If the site contains outdated services, old pricing or unclear positioning, the AI may be starting from weak source material.

03

2. Review the generated marketing strategy

Yattayo says it creates a structured strategy rather than only a list of post ideas. The current site describes components such as market and competitor analysis, strategic pillars and an execution roadmap.

Treat this output as a draft strategy, not unquestionable truth. The product is newly launched and there is no independent evidence yet showing that its strategic recommendations outperform an experienced marketer.

Check the generated strategy against five things: your real offer, your target customer, your actual differentiators, your available production resources and the channels you can realistically maintain.

If the AI identifies a positioning angle that is not true or cannot be supported by your product, edit the strategy before moving into automated content.

04

3. Set your brand context

Yattayo's site says users can upload brand assets and guidelines and that the system keeps contextual brand memory. That means you should give the platform the materials it needs before generating a large content batch.

Useful inputs include your logo, brand colors, product screenshots, tone-of-voice rules, banned claims, preferred calls to action and examples of content that already reflects the brand well.

For agencies managing multiple businesses, keep each client or brand in its own profile. Yattayo's launch announcement says separate profiles can maintain independent context, strategy, content and publishing workflows.

05

4. Generate content from the strategy

The paid workflow supports AI-generated text, images and video according to the current product page. The point is to carry the strategy into actual execution rather than opening a separate generation tool for each asset.

Review every piece before it goes live. Check facts, pricing, claims, product availability and visual accuracy. AI-generated content should not be allowed to create a false offer or unsupported marketing claim simply because it matches the chosen tone.

For image and video outputs, also check brand consistency and whether any generated text inside visuals is accurate.

06

5. Build the content calendar

Yattayo includes a smart content calendar. Generated material can be organized into future publishing slots instead of existing as isolated drafts.

Use the calendar to balance formats and objectives. A healthy plan may mix educational posts, product proof, authority-building content, conversion-focused posts and community material rather than repeating the same AI-generated pattern.

Yattayo advertises optimal posting guidance, but the public site does not provide enough methodology to treat those recommendations as universal. Your own audience data should take priority when you have it.

07

6. Connect supported social channels

Auto-publishing is a paid feature on Yattayo's current site. The Basic plan currently lists Facebook and TikTok, while Instagram is marked as coming soon.

That means an Instagram-heavy business should verify live availability before building its workflow around Yattayo. Do not assume that because Instagram appears in product marketing it is already supported for automatic publishing.

The Free plan is described as manual-posting only.

08

7. Approve and publish content

Where auto-publishing is supported, Yattayo is designed to move scheduled material directly to connected profiles.

Businesses should still maintain an approval rule for sensitive categories: pricing changes, legal or medical claims, financial claims, partnership announcements, crisis responses and anything involving a customer or employee should receive human review before publishing.

For routine educational or evergreen posts, teams may choose a lighter approval workflow once they understand the quality of the generated material.

09

8. Use analytics to inform the next cycle

Yattayo says its paid workflow includes analytics and AI strategy optimization. The launch announcement describes a continuous loop where performance data feeds later content and marketing decisions.

The idea is straightforward: analyze what was published, observe engagement and growth signals, then change future content based on those results.

However, Yattayo has not publicly documented its exact attribution or optimization methodology. Treat recommendations as decision support rather than proof that the system has identified causation.

10

9. Repeat the workflow by brand or profile

For agencies and consultants, Yattayo's multi-profile design is one of the more interesting features. The launch announcement says each profile can keep separate business context and strategy.

That makes it possible to create repeatable workflows such as: add client URL, review strategy, load brand assets, generate a week's content, schedule supported channels, review performance and refine.

The main operational risk is over-automation. If every account receives the same structural content patterns, agencies can still end up producing generic work even when the underlying brand context differs.

11

What can you do on the free plan?

Yattayo currently lists one marketing strategy and two AI-generated posts on Free. AI images and text are included, while auto-publishing, video generation and the analytics dashboard are not listed as included.

The Free tier is therefore best suited to testing the strategy and generation quality before committing to automation.

12

What if Instagram is your main channel?

As of September 15, 2026, Yattayo's current pricing page marks Instagram as coming soon for the paid auto-publishing workflow.

You can still use generated strategy or content ideas manually, but do not buy the product on the assumption that native Instagram auto-publishing is already generally available. Recheck the live product page because this can change quickly.

13

Best-practice setup checklist

Before turning on automation, verify that your website is accurate, your strategy reflects the real offer, brand guidelines are loaded, unsupported claims are removed, each connected social account is correct, approval rules are defined, platform support matches your needs and analytics recommendations are treated as inputs rather than absolute truth.

14

Bottom line

Yattayo's most useful workflow is the connection between stages that businesses often manage separately: website research, marketing strategy, content generation, scheduling, publishing and performance analysis.

The fastest way to test it is to start with the free strategy, compare the output with what you already know about your business, then decide whether the paid automation layer saves enough manual work to justify moving content and scheduling into the platform.
